
About JCS Projects
JCS International supports a variety of impactful projects across Mongolia, focusing on the development, education, and wellbeing of children and communities, especially those facing challenges such as disability, poverty, and environmental issues. Our projects aim to empower local people, promote sustainable solutions, and nurture hope and growth in some of Mongolia’s most vulnerable regions.

Kazakh Children’s Project
in Khovd
Providing educational support, language development, and life skills to Kazakh children in Khovd province, helping them overcome barriers to academic success and social inclusion.

Child Development Project
in Khovd (in Development)
This project will offer accessible learning environments and therapeutic support for children with disabilities, encouraging their development through play, education, and community engagement.

Focused on vulnerable children living in Ulaanbaatar’s ger districts, this initiative supports educational programs and safe play spaces to foster growth and resilience.

Open Burning Project

Addressing environmental health risks by educating communities about the dangers of open burning and promoting sustainable waste management practices.

About These Projects
These completed JCS projects reflect a season of fruitful partnership, innovation, and local empowerment. Each initiative was either carried out for a designated time period or has now been successfully transitioned to full Mongolian ownership. These efforts continue to bear fruit in the community, without ongoing foreign funding or oversight.

Greenhouse Project

Helping families in Chinggis City grow fresh vegetables, improve nutrition, and strengthen local food security through affordable greenhouse construction and training.

Empowering Mongolian women through life skills training, business development, and crafting jewelry and felt products rooted in traditional techniques and creativity.

in Ulaanbaatar
Mongolian microfinance organization working to reduce poverty by offering accessible financial services, savings cooperatives, and business training for low-income communities.

Papa Café
in Ulaanbaatar
A warm, inviting space offering delicious coffee, a diverse menu, and a welcoming atmosphere—blending excellent service with positive social impact.

TRACC
in Ulaanbaatar
Supports addiction recovery by training counselors, providing community-based programs, and addressing alcohol dependence through workshops and leadership conferences.

Football Plus
in Ulaanbaatar
Promotes youth development through football training, life skills education, and outreach to children who often lack access to organized sports and mentorship.
