JCS International
Joint Christian Services International is a consortium of organisations, and it is our professional volunteers that make the greatest impact in “equipping Mongolians to build and restore their society”. Our staff primarily come from member agencies, but also independently in the short term. Our finances come from our member agencies, our staff and other organisations that relate to the work of JCS or believe in the value of what we are doing.
We have member agency representatives who attend our Annual General Meeting, held in Mongolia. The AGM elects a Board that is responsible for overseeing governance and the implementation of policies. In the country, there is a Leadership Team who are responsible for developing vision and strategy and for the ongoing development of JCS. There are four key functions managed by the Executive Director:

1. Programs
We run projects with local partners to strengthen communities, develop skills, and support long-term transformation.

2. Personnel & Support Services
We support staff and volunteers with training, mentoring, and care to ensure they serve effectively and sustainably.

3. Finance & IT Services
We provide reliable financial management and IT support to help projects run smoothly and stay accountable.

4. Media Communications
We share stories, highlight projects, and connect supporters through creative media and digital communications.
