JCS is a people organisation and it is our professional volunteers that make the greatest impact in “equipping Mongolians to build and restore their society”. Our staff primarily come from member agencies but also independently in the short term. Our finances come from our member agencies, our staff and other organisations who relate to the work of JCS or believe in the value of what we are doing.
We have member agency representatives who come to our Annual General Meeting held in Mongolia. The AGM elects a Board who are responsible for overseeing governance and implementation of policies. In country there is a Leadership Team who are responsible for developing vision and strategy and for the ongoing development of JCS. There are four key functions managed by the Executive Director:
