The vision of the project is to provide Mongolian school children in rural areas with eye care. Many children need corrective glasses in order to do well in school, however, in most rural areas there is no possibility of getting glasses.
The project enables Optometrists to make short trips to the countryside areas and screen whole schools of children. The glasses are then made in Ulaanbaatar and sent back to the schools. The project has positively impacted the quality of life of hundreds of young people.
