Bayankhongor Vegetable Growers Agricultural Training Field
Vegetables are growing in the desert of Bayankhongor!
In partnership with Khongor Management Institute, JCS started a project so that people interested in growing vegetables can visit a training field where they can see experienced gardeners in action and ask advice about their own gardens.
The training field is in a busy part of town where people passing could see the green plants and where encouraged to visit on special days for training in the field. This resourse for the community was well received and it is planned that the project will continue for at least two more years.
